Due to recent changes relating to credit card payments all requested refunds will be subject to a 3% service charge.
​
Private Class and After School Class
​
We do everything in our control to prevent problems with class schedules, but sometimes unexpected events do happen.
If we ever need to rearrange a single class, we will always provide a replacement class.
If you ever have a problem with a class date you should let us know asap. We try our hardest to accommodate our families but if you do have to miss a class, please be aware that there are no make-up dates for classes.
Our classes are scheduled weekly, sometimes these coincide with PA/PD days, we will always confirm whether there is a class or not on these days.
After-school clubs do not run on PA/PD days when the school is closed to students.

If you need to cancel an entire set of classes we totally understand this can happen and will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that cancellation of classes within a week of start date may result in loss of your fee.

Summer Camp
​
If you need to cancel summer camp we totally understand this can happen and will do our best to accommodate you in an alternate week, but please note if a cancellation is received, charges are per camp space.

Transfers to alternate weeks, completed 1 week prior to beginning of camp week are free but are subject to availability.

All cancellations levy a cancellation fee of $15. (This is due to the change in banking rules allowing banks to withhold processing fees. We are now charged for your refund).

Cancellations must be received by Super Scientist in writing for each camper.

Cancellations received:

1 month prior to camp start date : a refund will be provided, with a 20% cancellation fee.

2 -4weeks prior to camp start date : a refund will be provided, with a 30% cancellation fee.

1 -2 week prior to camp start date : a refund will be provided, with a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within a week of camp start date: No refund can be provided at such a late date. Contact the office in the event of extenuating circumstances and we will try our very best to accommodate you in another week.

In extreme cases Super Scientist reserves the right to cancel the remainder of camp weeks for participants who they deem to be distressed or causing distress to other campers. Refunds for remaining days will be provided unless there has been a breach of the waiver/terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
